Virtual closeness of Bertolaso Group at mybeviale 2020



The special edition of BrauBeviale 2020 took place exclusively in digital form with the platform of:myBeviale.com . Three intense days with over 3000 professionals from the international beverage industry gathered online for Launch Days who had the opportunity to discuss, interact and get to know more than 300 companies with about 800 products and solutions.

 

 

Beer bottling solutions

 

 

 

The Bertolaso Group has developed dedicated solutions for filling beer. In fact, although it is a carbonated product, beer requires specific filling methods.


Their solutions offer the advantage of self-leveling and calibrated snifting, which in addition to the double pre-evacuation and combined with the jet guarantees a high quality level of the finished product.


Automatic machines are designed for easy air blowing, backpressure filling and glass bottle capping. The monoblocks are available in two versions, mechanical as a DOMINA model or electropneumatic as an ELETTRA model.


DOMINA

A blower or rinser, a rotary filler and a capping machine (crown cap) make up the single-block structure. The machine is fully customizable in configuration (type of modules included) and size (number of filling valves).
Internal cleaning of the bottle is carried out by breath of air or rinsing with filtered water. The filler incorporates double pre-evacuation, self-leveling and gentle filtering for quick foam-free filling while preserving product integrity. The capping is completed by a crown capping machine or a hooded cap cap (or both). Other types of capping are available on request (twist-off, ring crown, etc.)

ELETTRA- ELECTROPNEUMATIC COUNTERPRESSURE FILLER

 

The new proposal presented is the ELECTROPNEUMATIC COUNTERPRESSURE FILLER,
a machine able to fill: beer (with double pre-evacuation), but also still and sparkling wines as well as still and sparkling water with automatic leveling system.

 

The filler is equipped with the Sigma/Kappa capping system, able to apply: plastic mushroom cap, screw cap and crown cap
