The new I-Flex bagging machine is born

Presented in preview at the Figan animal production show in Zaragoza (Spain) in March, the new I-Flex is Concetti's open mouth sacking machine characterized by infinite versatility, simplicity and compactness.

I-Flex Concetti

The acronym is Infinite Flexibility which indicates the great flexibility and potential of the bagging machine created to work, with the completely automatic format change, a very wide range of preformed bags with variable widths from 250 to 600 millimeters, offering the possibility to manage various types and closures of paper, raffia and plastic bags with just one system.

The new model, completely automatic, is part of the IGF Concepts series, "Industria 4.0 compliant" machines well known on the market for more than 40 years for their great reliability and efficiency.

The simplicity, the absolute precision of the weighing and bagging system, the extraordinary reliability and the attractive design, push I-Flex even further, because today features such as accessibility and excellent user experience, represent a plus in mechatronics quality at the service of people.

In fact, the bagger arrives on the market with a compact and functional design, which wants to represent the forward thrust of the machine in the field of flexibility.

The latter should be considered as the great contemporary challenge for bulk materials producers all over the world. And in particular in Spain, as emerged forcefully from a market investigation by Boga Tecnica, Concetti's agent for the Iberian peninsula, which started the creation of the new model of bagging machine.

I-Flex was in fact designed and built entirely by Concetti engineers, designers and technicians for a Spanish customer in the feed industry who will be the first to experiment with the advanced features of the new bagging machine. The model has been designed for the producers of loose bulk materials, dealing with frequent packaging changes, reduced spaces and the need to obtain the maximum in terms of versatility from the single plant.
